Grading Rules

45. All wagers are graded only after the contest is final. Furthermore, all sporting contests must be played on the date and site originally scheduled unless otherwise specified.

46. Any postponed, suspended, or rescheduled events will be considered as "NO ACTION". There are certain events where this does not happen, such as Tennis and Golf match ups where a wager will continue until the match is final. In the case of a tied, suspended, or cancelled game in Baseball, some wagers may still have action. See Baseball rules for further explanation.

47. Heritage Sports does not recognize protested games, or overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

48. Overtime periods of any college or pro sport (except soccer) are counted in the final score.

49. On second-half wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the second-half in both side and total wagers.

50. On fourth quarter wagers, overtime quarters are NOT included as part of the fourth quarter side or total.

51. Las Vegas rules will apply to any rule or wager not specifically covered by those stated herein. Warning: Gambling involves risk. By gambling on this web site, you run the risk that you may lose money. All members of Heritage Sports gamble at their own risk.

Pro Hockey:

Baseball:

WHEN IS THE GAME OFFICIAL FOR WAGERING PURPOSES? For all side bets, a game is considered official after five innings of play (four and a half if the home team is winning). Thereafter, if a game is cancelled or suspended the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning of play. If the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, the winner is then determined by the score at the time the game is cancelled.

When betting on totals and/or run-lines the game must go nine innings (eight and a half if the home team is winning). Extra innings are included in the final totals. Listed pitchers must start the game. In case of disputes the ruling made by "The Mirage" sports book in Las Vegas will apply.

All wagers on baseball first halves or 5 innings will be decided on the basis of the score at the end of five full innings. If a game does not go five full innings, all first-half wagers or 5 inning wagers will be canceled. If the game should be deemed officially over after only 4½ innings, all first half wagers will be considered "no action".

In order to have action on MLB 'Total Season Wins', 'To Win the Division' and 'head to head team(s) or player(s) props and individual player stats', there must be at least 160 games played.

Tennis:

Fixed Odds: Like other similar types of contests, you may wager on a player to win a tournament at fixed odds. Tournament wagers are considered "All-In." Refunds are not given if a player withdraws.

Match-ups: Head to head match-ups are available between contestants. Two full sets must be completed without either player retiring or being disqualified for head to head match-up wagers to stand. Otherwise, wagers will be "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and all money will be refunded.

Wagers placed on match-ups WILL have action even if the match is postponed (due to weather) and completed on a later date.

Other Sports With Time Limits:

-Must play to either their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining.

Boxing:

-When the opening bell has sounded for the first round (Pro, college & amateur) the bout is considered official.

-If the bout is judged a TKO, it is considered a KO for grading purposes.
