Custom Score Phone & Custom Desktop Scores
Custom Scores is a unique feature found only at Heritage Sports. As its name implies, you can customize the manner in which you receive scores. It is available for use both online and via the wagering 800 phone number. As a client of Heritage Sports, there is no charge for using this service. You can call as often as you like!
Games you have ‘action’ on are automatically added to your list. Get ‘up to the minute’ updates as well as your final scores. With our custom score phone you don’t need to listen to an entire list of scores to hear the ones you really want. When calling the wagering number, select option 2, and follow the instructions. If you want to follow a team even though you have ‘no action’ on, you can enter its rotation number followed by the # sign.

| It's easy. Just follow the steps: |

Login to your account |
| 2. |
Click the “Scores” button located on the top menu bar |
| 3. |
All games that you have action on will appear on your screen |
| 4. |
If all the games you want to monitor are on your screen: |
| |
a. Drag the Custom Desktop Scores window to a convenient place |
| |
b. Do not close the window |
| |
c. Scores are automatically updated |
| |
d. If you place a new wager, it may take up to 5 minutes for the game(s) to show |
| 5. |
If there are other game scores you would like to monitor |
| |
a. Click on the ADD TEAMS button |
| |
b. Select the sport |
| |
c. Highlight the team you want to view |
| |
d. Click on the ADD button |
| |
e. Click on Back to My Custom Scores button |
| |
f. Drag the Custom Desktop Scores window to a convenient place |
| |
g. Do not close the window |
| |
h. It may take up to 5 minutes for your added games to show |
