If you were told that you should receive an email from us and have not received anything in your inbox, please try the following:

Hotmail Spam

1. Click on the "Junk" link on the left navigation to go to the spam section of your Hotmail account.



2. First select the checkbox on the left of the email you wish to move to your safe list. Then click on the "Not Junk" button.



3. Now you will be able to see the email on your Inbox and any further emails from this address will go straight to your inbox and not your spam folder.

Create a Safe List for incoming messages

To ensure that messages from specific e-mail addresses are not sent to your Junk E-Mail folder, you can add them to your Safe List.

1. Click Options.
2. On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail Protection.
3. Click Safe List.
4. Type an address or domain (a domain is the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign) from which you always want to receive messages, and then click Add.
