Heritage Sports has always placed a premium on two things: providing a top-notch, safe, legal sports book and on customer satisfaction.
Heritage Sports became the first sports book to create a separate Customer Service department. We trained our staff to assist clients not just with placing wagers, but also with free tutorials on ‘how to wager.’ This emphasis on unparalleled player support has been a cornerstone for our success.
Shortly after we moved offshore, Bob Martin - godfather of line makers and inventor of the point spread - called Heritage Sports “one of the three greatest sports books of all time.”
In 2001 Heritage Sports was chosen as the world's #1 offshore sports book by two major, credible polls that rank our industry. One of those reports came from Danny Sheridan, premier sports analyst and a well-respected expert on the offshore sports business. In 2006 Sheridan said “Heritage Sports is the most honest and reliable sports book I am aware of.”
Jimmy Vaccaro (Steve Wynn's personal pick to head The Mirage, Las Vegas, sports book) called Heritage Sports "The Mirage of the Caribbean," and made us his #1 favorite among offshore sports books. In his report, Jimmy said of Heritage, "No one has done it longer or better."
